Perform monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation
Research and resolve significant revenue and expense variances
Prepare month-end journal entries, revenue reports, and related analysis
Assist with the monthly Close of agency management systems
Provide quarterly reconciliation support to the Manager of Financial Accounting and external auditors
Complete reporting requests from Finance, Leadership, and other internal departments
Fulfill audit requests and contribute to the annual audit process
Review and report on aged receivables (over 60 days) and producer commission calculations
Reconcile intercompany balances between Acrisure affiliates
Monitor bank activity and record in accounting system
Record and monitor revenue transactions
Record and issue payments for accounts payable
Assist with annual and quarterly activities, including budget support, escheatment, state apportionment, 1099s, and unclaimed property
Collaborate with the accounting team to review income statements versus budget and help Partners understand key variances
Provide “best in class” support to internal teams, Partners, and external stakeholders
Lead team projects and assignments, ensuring timelines are met and expectations are clearly communicated

Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience
Prior experience with income statement and balance sheet preparation required
Strong background in variance analysis and reconciliation processes
Title Insurance or related industry accounting experience preferred
Experience with insurance agency management systems (ResWare)
Proficiency in ERP/general ledger systems (e.g., Workday and QuickBooks preferred)
