Role Overview
- Prepare and review company and trust financial statements
- Manage BAS preparation and ongoing compliance requirements
- Handle Division 7A calculations and related reporting
- Support preparation of company financials and year-end processes
- Work within Xero and XPM (Xero Practice Manager) to manage workflow and reporting
- Collaborate internally via Teams and calls to ensure smooth delivery across the team
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and tax compliance
- Solid experience with Xero and XPM
- Confident handling Division 7A matters and trust structures
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Clear, professional English communication skills (written and verbal)
- A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement**
