About this role
Role Overview
You will be primarily responsible for the further development and coordination of our recruiting activities and learning offerings
You will be the main contact for our ATS software Softgarden and will manage all developments within the system as well as coordinate with our technical service providers
You will maintain an overview of the entire recruiting process and strategically refine internal procedures
You will coordinate our regional recruiting colleagues through regular alignments (including weekly standing meetings/jour fixe)
You will contribute to cross‑functional HR projects — for example, the introduction of new tools such as an employee app, as well as international recruitment projects
You will manage existing partnerships in the recruiting area and develop new ideas for talent acquisition
You will further develop learning content for employees, particularly on recruiting topics
You should be willing to travel occasionally to collaborate with our facilities and colleagues
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree in HR management, business psychology, or a related field
Experience in (strategic) recruiting as well as in designing learning or development formats
Enjoyment of coordination, project work, and cross‑departmental collaboration
Strong communication skills and a confident presence — also in digital formats or in the seminar room
Organizational talent, initiative, and a good understanding of people and processes
Familiarity with digital tools and openness to new approaches in recruiting and learning
