Responsible for serving as the link between Mosaic and the customer to find value-added solutions and promote Mosaic's brands and strategy;
Manage a portfolio of direct-sale customers;
Oversee customer processes: order management, logistics and distribution;
Propose and negotiate logistical alternatives;
Create and lead improvement projects;
Ensure that all registered customers are visited;
Conduct regular field visits;
Recommend actions based on competitor analysis versus Mosaic's positioning;
Identify and present opportunities for applying performance products during field visits;
Requirements
Familiarity with the regional area of operation;
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy;
Deep knowledge of soil fertility and plant bionutrition;
Commercial experience in negotiation and sales, demand generation and conducting field activities (demoplots, field days, presentations and trainings);
Experience with direct sales, negotiation and customer relationship management;
Advanced knowledge of the macroeconomic environment and its influences on agribusiness;
Intermediate computer skills (MS Office and internet);
In-depth knowledge of the characteristics of the customers under your responsibility (structure, service level, processes, etc.);
Intermediate knowledge of marketing – sales campaigns and communications;
