Proactively identify opportunities to develop and maintain the AI tooling roadmap aligned to sales productivity and revenue priorities
Partner with sales and operations leaders to design, optimize, and automate sales processes using next-generation AI tools and platforms
Translate business needs into detailed requirements for technical partners, focusing on AI-powered systems, workflow automation, and predictive analytics
Collaborate closely with CRM Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams to build and implement AI-driven tooling solutions within Salesforce and other sales technologies
Drive adoption through user acceptance testing, change management, training, and ongoing iteration, ensuring smooth rollout and sustained engagement across global sales teams
Requirements
4+ years working in Sales Operations, Technical Program Management, or similar functions
Bachelor’s degree in a business, computer science, finance, or related discipline (or equivalent years of experience)
Strong understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration
Expertise with Salesforce CRM and other sales tools, including customization, workflow automation, and integrations
Relevant certifications (PMP, Google Cloud Architect, Salesforce Administrator/Developer) are preferred
Experience working in the tech, media, or digital advertising industry, with strong knowledge of the global advertising market
