You manage your pipeline through all stages of the sales process: pipeline generation, outreach, needs analysis, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing
You attend trade shows and other events
You maintain your customer data in our CRM
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of (SaaS) sales experience, preferably in the fintech industry
Fluent German (written and spoken) and proficiency in English
You are a hunter (new-business oriented), creative, positive, and have a very dynamic personality
You are imaginative and enjoy proposing new solutions to achieve your targets
You are outgoing and possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
You build a “trusted advisor” relationship to identify the individual needs of prospective clients and then demonstrate value
You confidently work with ambitious KPIs and quarterly targets and exceed them
You adhere to the company's quality policy
Nice to have: experience with tools such as LinkedIn, Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.
Additional languages are a plus — especially French
