You manage your pipeline through all stages of the sales process: pipeline generation, outreach, needs analysis, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing
You attend trade shows and other events
You maintain your customer data in our CRM
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of (SaaS) sales experience, preferably in the fintech industry
Fluent in German (spoken and written) and proficient in English
You have a hunter mentality: creative, positive, and highly dynamic
You are resourceful and enjoy proposing new solutions to reach your goals
You are outgoing and possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
You build a trusted-advisor relationship to identify a prospect’s individual needs and then demonstrate value
You confidently work with ambitious KPIs and quarterly targets and consistently exceed them
You adhere to the company’s quality policy
Proficiency with some of these tools: LinkedIn, Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.
You speak additional languages—French in particular is a plus
