About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for online sales (Shopify, Amazon, Otto) and budget management
- Help shape pricing strategy to optimize revenue and margins
- Set direction for paid channels and SEO/SEA strategy
- Define the strategic direction for content and social media
- Prioritize CRO initiatives and collaborate with the Shopify project team
- Directly manage team leads and support employee development
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in Digital Marketing & E-Commerce
- Deep expertise across the entire e-commerce sales funnel
- Experience leading a team of 5–10 people
- Familiarity with Shopify and marketplace structures
- Ability to dive deep into data and make bold, data-driven decisions
- Ideally located within a 3–4 hour travel distance from Schwäbisch Hall
