About this role
Role Overview
Direct, develop, implement, and evaluate recruitment and marketing strategies for educational degree programs
Manage recruitment and marketing/public information needs for the department
Cultivate relationships with students during admission processes and while enrolled
Work as a member of the education team to develop and achieve strategic initiatives of the program
Independently create marketing strategies to publicize program accomplishments
Develop and nurture relationships with faculty, prospective students, alumni, and other staff
Manage the prospective student database for degree programs
Conduct tours for prospective students
Plan and coordinate the publication of recruitment materials
Assist with updating faculty profiles
Supervise or coordinate recruitment activities of other personnel
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of Higher Education experience
Communication skills
Computer Technology skills
Data Analysis experience
Graduate School Applications knowledge
Interpersonal Communication skills
Management Recruitment expertise
Motivating People skills
Organizational Management (OM) proficiency
