- Telephone support for prospects using a call script
- Conduct structured initial calls to determine customer needs
- Maintain and document contacts in the CRM
- Organize and prepare for financial advisory appointments
- Support at events, seminars and team events
Requirements
- You are reliable, punctual and disciplined
- You thrive in clearly structured processes
- You communicate pleasantly and professionally — both verbally and in writing
- You follow instructions precisely and document your work carefully
- Experience in sales, consulting or customer service is a plus, but not required
