Manager, Process Management – Human Resources Data Management & Governance

Role Overview

• Own process documentation, implementation and improvements for Data Management Control Suite
• Ensure alignment with EDRM guidance to mitigate Global Workforce data risk
• Manage High Priority Usages and ensure provisioning agreements are up to date
• Perform analysis and provide status reports to SLT
• Work with HR Business Experience teams for appropriate oversight of control processes
• Coordinate large projects across cross-functional teams when needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite
• At least 3 years of process management experience
• At least 2 years of experience in Data Governance, Risk Management or Information Data Management Policies
• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience (preferred)
• Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification (preferred)
• 1+ years of experience with query execution in Snowflake (preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in Data Management (preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in Process or Product Management (preferred)
