About this role
Role Overview
Driving revenue growth from both new and existing customers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue from new and existing customers.
Personally manage a portfolio of key accounts, driving repeat business, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
Maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to close profitable deals.
Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and coaching to one Part Sales Executive.
Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts to management.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, sales management, or business development.
Demonstrated success in generating revenue from both new and existing customers.
Experience managing or mentoring sales staff.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively with technical teams and translate technical solutions into customer value.
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting.
