Prepare and update regulatory documents, including TDS, SDS, allergen statements, nutritional information, GMO documentation, certificates, and other customer-facing materials.
Maintain accurate regulatory data within internal systems and databases.
Support capturing and updating raw material documentation.
Conduct basic regulatory reviews of formulations, labels, and raw materials under supervision.
Assist with ingredient qualification and regulatory data collection.
Support regulatory assessments for new product development projects.
Monitor regulatory updates and help assess potential impacts to products or processes.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Procurement/Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to address routine regulatory questions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field preferred.
1-2 years’ experience in food/beverage, flavor, ingredients, or related consumer goods industry with a preferred emphasis on beverage.
Familiarity with FDA, USDA, and basic flavor/ingredient regulations preferred.
Experience preparing regulatory documents is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to interpret basic regulatory requirements.
Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in MS Office and regulatory database systems; experience with Salesforce and Product Vision preferred.
