Role Overview
- Assist the Private Client practice in supporting day-to-day client management transactions
- Provide primary support on ad hoc projects
- Serve as the liaison between external and internal resources to ensure superior service is provided to clients
- Build and maintain constructive and effective relationships with internal and external clients
- Assist in servicing existing accounts
- Support Private Client Account Executives in retention of renewal business
Requirements
- 1
- 3 years’ experience of Personal Lines client management experience
- Valid P&C brokers’ license
- College degree preferred
- Proficient in insurance agency management systems, AMS 360, Work Smart and EPIC preferred
- Knowledge of Personal Lines underwriting, coverage, procedures
