Eastern Regional Sales Manager

Role Overview

• Create, develop, and drive sales in the East Coast
• Direct and coordinate sales activities with independent sales representatives
• Develop sales strategies and communication
• Continue development of key customers and target accounts
• Develop and deploy sales and customer-specific strategies
• Maintain leadership, training, and development of Tillman sales effort
• Assist Sales Director with developing sales budget
• Communicate with internal staff to maximize customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with proven track record in competitive markets
• Previous experience in sales within Welding, Industrial, and/or Safety industries preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Acrobat)
• Must possess executive-level communication skills
• Strong planning, organizational, time management, and analytical problem-solving skills
• Must be a self-starter with strong leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and team-oriented with excellent customer service
