Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned region.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified industrial safety projects, including greenfield construction, facility expansions, and safety upgrades.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as plant managers, safety directors, general contractors, and engineers.
Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and recommend tailored McCue safety solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including customer care, field service, and operations, to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Use CRM tools (HubSpot) to manage pipeline activity, maintain accurate records, and provide sales forecasts.
Represent McCue at regional industry events and stay informed on trends in manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.
Serve as a regional leader for industrial safety, helping to create and promote a strong safety culture both internally and with customers.
Support new product launches and ensure successful implementation at customer sites.
Travel frequently within the region to support sales and customer relationships.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
3–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial, construction, or capital equipment environments
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and work with multiple decision-makers
Strong business development skills and the ability to work independently in a remote role
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Comfortable using CRM systems to track sales activity and manage a pipeline (HubSpot experience is a plus)
Highly organized, with strong follow through and attention to detail
Must reside within or near the Phoenix, AZ, area and be able to travel regionally up to 75%
