About this role
Role Overview
Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across the DACH market
Identify, approach, and close strategic partnerships with iGaming operators, platforms, and key industry stakeholders
Manage the full commercial lifecycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding
Collaborate with technical and compliance teams to ensure smooth client integration
Develop and execute regional market penetration strategies
Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform commercial strategy
Contribute to the long-term development of the DACH commercial function
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in hard sales or business development, ideally within iGaming, cybersecurity, SaaS, or digital technology sectors
Strong understanding of the DACH commercial and regulatory landscape
Proven track record of closing high-value deals and successfully onboarding clients
Experience selling B2B technology or security solutions is highly desirable
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a remote environment
Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent German (mandatory) and strong professional English
Willingness to travel within the DACH region as required
