Provide support for business online banking, ACH inquiries, wire transactions, Positive Pay, Merchant Services, and Remote Deposit Capture.
Build strong member relationships through understanding of compliance, account setup, products, and treasury services.
Assist VP Virtual Experience in establishing day-to-day business practices for treasury services and operations.
Support compliance of treasury services, organizational policies, and regulations, audits, and staff training.
Assist members in person and via telephone to determine the best products/services.
Requirements
One year to three years of similar or related experience.
A high school education or GED.
Strong initiative and proactively identifying opportunities to build connections, address challenges, and present solutions that drive positive outcomes.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent and knowledgeable service to members, both internal and external by adhering to core values.
Conduct themselves and members fairly, ethically, and with confidence.
Strong communication and PC skills.
Willing and eager to exceed expectations; consistently demonstrate excellence in all aspects of service delivery operations.
Ability to assess situations quickly and provide accurate, timely resolutions for account-related issues.
