About this role
Role Overview
- Provide direct supervision for an outpatient Substance Use Disorders Treatment Team
- Responsible for the day to day operations of the outpatient program and staff
- Ensure quality care and provide both group and individual supervision
- Monitor outcomes and align services with community needs
- Represent the agency within Bartholomew County problem solving courts and other community initiatives
- Recruit, train and supervise staff within the expectations of Centerstone’s policies and procedures
Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology or social work required
- LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LCAC-A required
- Actively working towards 4-letter license by meeting supervision requirements and scheduling exam, as appropriate
- Experience delivering outpatient therapy and groups for individuals with substance use disorders
- Skilled in using ASAM criteria to determine appropriate levels of care
