Role Overview

• Deliver outstanding customer support via emails

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 for both spoken and written)
• At least 6 months experience in customer support is a must
• Advanced Excel knowledge and experience with logistics
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
• Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
• Experience with Intercom and Salesforce
