Design complex user journeys across the two main products (information architecture, multi-step flows, management of numerous states and business rules.)
Make real estate investment attractive by turning business and technical constraints into clear, simple and engaging experiences.
Contribute to the evolution of a platform aiming to become the reference for accessible real estate investment.
Contribute to a deep understanding of usage: user interviews and tests, behavior analysis, user feedback.
Identify real pain points, trust drivers and friction points.
Use these insights to guide design choices without excessive process.
Design on a daily basis: wireframes > prototypes > high-fidelity interfaces > documented "ready to dev" mockups > implementation follow-up > QA
Work closely with: the Lead Product Designer, the Product Manager and developers.
Requirements
3 to 6 years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer
Experience with complex, business-logic-heavy products (fintech, B2B, SaaS, internal tools).
Excellent command of Figma (components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping)
Strong experience in user discovery (interviews, testing, behavior analysis)
Solid understanding of UX (journeys, prioritization, information readability)
Comfortable with dense interfaces, complex business rules and a structuring design system.
Ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
