- Gradually handling Level 2 incidents

Requirements
- Strong Web Knowledge
- Solid Network Knowledge
- Good understanding of Systems (Windows/Linux)
- Basic Programming Knowledge
- Strong Analytical Skills

- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
