Grade 12 (Matric).
At least 2 years’ experience in a call centre customer support role.
Computer literacy and confidence using different systems.
Knowledge of customer service legislation (NCA, POPIA).
A basic understanding of retail processes.
Strong communication skills—you listen well and explain things clearly.
Problem-solving ability—you can ease tensions and know when to escalate issues.
Good at multitasking and prioritizing without losing focus.
Comfortable working independently but also enjoy being part of a supportive team.
Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure.
Open to learning new systems and quick to adapt when things change.
