Contribute to and cooperate with the global Legal and Compliance Team
Participate in Truck Legal exchanges and global working groups
Act as a role model for legal and compliance matters
Provide legal advice and direction
Support in Data Compliance tasks such as employee awareness and training
Support compliance risk assessments and maintain an effective Compliance program
Provide legal support for all commercial legal matters including drafting documents and supporting litigation

Law Degree or Graduate Diploma in Law
Completion of the LPC or SQE
UK-qualified solicitor with 0–2 years’ PQE, or ILEX-qualified or experienced paralegal candidates
In-house experience within the financial services sector (desirable)
Strong commercial contracts expertise
Experience in Data Protection, AML, KYC, and sanctions compliance
Comfort with local compliance matters on an ad hoc basis
Fluency in spoken and written English
Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking
Ability to manage projects effectively
Intercultural awareness and understanding of relevant international and local laws
