Corporate Counsel

Role Overview

• Support Nilfisk globally, with primary responsibility for the Americas region and global product liability matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Lead global product liability matters.
• Support regional teams across Americas.
• Provide risk‑based, solution‑oriented legal advice.
• Engage with external counsel as needed.
• Report to the General Counsel, Head of Legal & Compliance.

Requirements

• Educational background is a Cand.jur. or Cand.merc.(jur.)
• 3-5 years of experience from a law firm or an in-house legal department in a larger organization.
• Strong spoken and written English skills.
• Commercially minded, solution‑focused approach.
• Ability to make sound judgments and simplify complexity for stakeholders.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset, naturally take ownership, and follow tasks through to completion.
• Strong relationships skills across regions and functions.
