You are part of the negotiation team and prepare robust cost and scenario analyses
You quantify collective bargaining demands and offers—such as pay increases, allowances and working time models—and analyze their monetary impact on personnel and budget planning
You develop reliable forecasts for personnel expenses and provisions and model complex scenarios based on very large datasets in Excel
You analyze employee structures, pay groups and grade progression and derive strategic recommendations for the collective bargaining strategy
You prepare decision-ready materials for negotiations with union representatives and present arguments confidently at management level
You support the implementation of collective bargaining outcomes into personnel cost planning and work closely with HR, Finance and Employment Law
Requirements
Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in personnel controlling or HR controlling, ideally in an environment subject to collective bargaining
Advanced Excel skills, particularly in modeling complex data structures and scenarios, as well as solid knowledge of cost accounting and, ideally, BI tools
Strong interest in collective bargaining policy and negotiations; ideally practical experience with collective agreements such as TVöD, TV‑L or comparable schemes, and willingness to travel occasionally
High degree of discretion, resilience and confident communication at management level
