Own specification and communication during the technical client onboarding process.
Create, maintain and evolve onboarding guides, checklists, templates and knowledge‑base articles.
Collaborate with Product Owners to promote consistent, reusable patterns across all clients.
Identify opportunities to improve the core product or documentation for multiple customers.
Work directly with clients to capture requirements and produce detailed specifications.
Review clients’ current processes and recommend how to align them with standardized API and process templates.
Coordinate with engineering, product, sales, customer success and other stakeholders.
Build a realistic, detailed schedule balancing client needs with internal capacity.
Organize test sessions (UAT, API tests) and manage the rollout through go-live and hypercare periods.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Solution/Systems Architect, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven stakeholder management experience and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong background in client-facing roles and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proven experience working with complex processes & APIs and onboarding clients within a SaaS product environment.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to recommend trade-offs between cost, time and quality.
Solid project management fundamentals, including creating timelines, maintaining risk registers and providing status reporting.
Experience translating business and system flows into BPMN 2.0 and flow-chart diagrams using tools like draw.io or Lucidchart.
Experience designing and integrating systems using REST APIs with OAuth 2.0 and OpenAPI/Swagger standards.
Comfortable working in an Agile environment using Scrum practices and tools such as JIRA.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
