Own complex B2B sales from first contact to close; lead customer-centric meetings, building trusted relationships with senior decision makers
Own pilots end-to-end; translate technical results into clear business impact and ROI; work closely with Turbit teams to ensure long term customer relationships
Grow accounts through upsell and cross-sell across fleets, regions, and Turbit solutions, driving measurable performance gains
Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Revenue teams to align on priorities, share customer insights, and continuously improve go-to-market execution.
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B SaaS or solution sales
Proven track record of closing complex deals and expanding existing accounts
Experience managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes
Strong ability to translate technical topics into clear business value
Structured, confident communicator with a customer-centric mindset
Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
Willingness to travel regularly to customers and industry events
