Role Overview
Analyze workflows in notary offices in close collaboration with our clients
Implement our modern notary software for new customers (remote and on-site)
Identify and highlight opportunities for improvement through the targeted use of the software
Implement and optimize workflows within the software
Support the development of problem solutions and optimization measures
Conduct user training sessions (remote and on-site)
Act as the interface between customers and product management to convey requirements and feedback effectively
Contribute to domain-specific concept design and the continuous development of the software
Requirements
Completed vocational training as a judicial or notarial clerk, notary assistant, notary business administrator, legal business administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in a notary office or law firm
Enthusiasm for innovative IT solutions and complex legal matters
Basic technical understanding and interest in digital working processes
Practical experience with notary software and electronic legal communication (e‑justice)
Strong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanour, plus a structured, independent and customer-focused way of working
Good IT skills, especially in Microsoft Word
Fluent German (spoken and written); good English skills desirable
Willingness to travel for business within Germany
