Azure & M365 Operations: Administration and further development of our hybrid Microsoft Azure cloud architecture (including Exchange, ERP and other services)
Identity & Access: Design, structuring and governance for Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
Run & Improve: Monitoring, documentation and troubleshooting in server, storage and network environments
Architecture Modernization: Support in restructuring and standardizing existing IT architectures
Projects & Operations: Carrying out operational and project work in mixed IT landscapes (on-premises / cloud)
Priority Support: 1st
and 2nd-level support via our LOQU ticket system — pragmatic, fast and solution-oriented
Collaboration: Close cooperation with Controlling/BI, business units and external service providers — enabling integrated, data-driven processes

Degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration, or a comparable qualification — each with relevant professional experience
Strong understanding of modern IT architectures (infrastructure, applications, services, security) in Microsoft and Linux environments
Practical experience with monitoring, documentation and deployment tools
Confident handling of Microsoft products, SCCM and Microsoft Endpoint Management
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
