Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand presence, customer footfall, and sales in physical stores
Plan and coordinate store openings, pop-ups, and local point-of-sale (POS) activations
Support the development of new stores through targeted, location-specific marketing initiatives
Responsible for coordinating POS materials, visual merchandising, and in-store communications for all three brands
Analyze store-specific KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion) and derive concrete optimization measures
Work closely with the retail operations team to improve the in-store customer journey

Minimum of three years' experience in retail or trade marketing
Demonstrable experience in chain/branch retail
Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Retail/Commerce, or a related field
Strong knowledge of shopper insights, customer journey mapping, and retail analytics
High degree of personal responsibility, strong organizational skills, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
Excellent German and good written and spoken English
