Build, communicate, and review your product strategy with internal stakeholders to get the buy-in and ensure support to the fraud prevention initiatives.
Drive product planning, build and manage a well-thought-out roadmap of your product.
Work closely with data and engineering teams to ensure that we extract actionable information and knowledge from raw data that supports good product decisions.
Create OKRs, goals, metrics, KPIs and track their progress;
Manage our backlog and lead meetings with engineers, data analysts, designers and stakeholders.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience leading impactful product development and with a proven track record.
Result-driven and data-oriented, with a proven ability to use metrics and insights to iterate and deliver outcomes.
You are very organized and communicate clearly and know how to keep stakeholders informed timely without having to jump in a call for it.
You dominate numbers and how to extract valuable insights from data to make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable navigating ambiguity and making pragmatic decisions in unstructured environments.
Collaborative and approachable being an effective communicator who builds trust and works seamlessly with engineers and cross-functional teams.
You don't need to have prior experience in the payments ecosystem.
Experience with payments is a plus, but not mandatory.
Prior experience with strong data analysis.
