Role Overview
- Oversee the day-to-day management of client projects
- Mentor and support the growth of individual team members
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of customized solutions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
- Prepare and present reports to clients on progress and outcomes
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience working with healthcare providers on strategic and operational initiatives
- 3 years in managing others
- Demonstrated experience in making effective presentations to all levels of management
- Strong client relationship, interpersonal, and team skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues
- Excellent knowledge and proficiency of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to travel to domestic locations
