You are responsible for the content and channel strategy across two business areas and ensure our messages reach the right target audiences — and convert into qualified leads.
You act as the subject-matter lead for content strategy & distribution, working closely with the CMO while remaining hands-on enough to produce texts, concepts, or briefs yourself when needed.
Develop a clear content and channel strategy for our target groups (e.g., decision-makers for corporate events, HR/employer branding, marketing, as well as creative/advertising/event agencies as multipliers).
Derive a focused channel setup based on our past experience (currently mainly email marketing/automation, LinkedIn, Meta) and run structured tests of new initiatives.
Use AI in day-to-day work for ideation, copy creation, content variants and testing.
Create or co-create landing page copy, email flows, campaign hooks, short video/podcast briefs, and social copy.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing in acquisition-focused environments (e.g., agency, SaaS, events, consulting), ideally with a focus on content/channel strategy and demand generation.
Strong channel knowledge for LinkedIn, Email/CRM, Paid Social and landing pages — you know which content works where.
Excellent conceptual and storytelling skills: you think from the market and audience perspective and can create clear lead magnets, messages, hooks and CTAs.
Solid AI and automation experience in marketing: you have worked extensively with AI tools, automated workflows or reporting, and can bring and further professionalize this setup for us.
You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality: you can build systems but also produce content yourself and launch campaigns.
Bonus: You think in funnels and create high-converting content & marketing assets in the style of Alex Hormozi.
Very good German language skills, confident English.
Proximity to Berlin is a plus (hybrid work possible).
