We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative (FSR) to drive sales performance and strengthen our partnerships throughout the region.
Based ideally in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro area, this position focuses on executing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Requirements
Maintains consistent communication and strong relationships with our customers, retailers and wholesaler partners.
Actively pursues new business while supporting existing customers, retailers, and wholesalers.
Analyzes sales data and identifies growth opportunities using VIP and other company software.
Provides ongoing brand training for wholesalers, retailers, and consumers.
Completes assigned “work-with” sessions with our wholesaler partners.
Conducts strategic market visits to support sales and drive performance with key retailers.
Supports brand visibility by assisting at events and festivals throughout the territory.
Reliable car, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Two years’ minimum beverage industry experience.
Strong knowledge of craft beer, the industry, and its retail consumers.
