StaffGreat.com is an AI-driven B2B data software startup seeking a Sales Development Representative. The role involves building and scaling outbound sales processes, identifying target accounts, and executing personalized outreach to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research high-potential target accounts across AI, SaaS, data platforms, and enterprise software
- Execute thoughtful, personalized outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and creative prospecting channels
- Build and refine outbound systems and processes from scratch
- Partner directly with founders on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Help define tooling, targeting frameworks, and the early-stage sales process
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or data sales
- Experience selling people data is REQUIRED (if not onsite in SF is required)
- Builder mindset with comfort operating in early-stage environments
- High drive, strong communication skills, and ownership mentality
- Experience selling to enterprise or up-market clients is a plus
