Requirements
great capability of perspective-taking, advanced listening skills, cultural competence and awareness
experience in a Culture and Belonging, Employee Experience, Wellbeing or HRBP role within a fast-paced, globally distributed Tech environment, preferably SaaS
you understand that culture isn't found in a snacks drawer; you have a proven track record of building belonging across time zones and screens
you are a natural storyteller and communicator. Whether it's recording an intro video for an internal newsletter or coaching a CXO team, you lead with empathy and wit
you use reviews (e.g., Glassdoor/RepVue) and internal surveys not just to report numbers, but to diagnose cultural health and suggest proactive solutions
you can switch from "Blue Sky" strategy to "Ground Level" execution
managing vendor delays, budget spreadsheets, and Slack workflows with equal precision
you aren't afraid of the "admin side" of the house. You have experience with employee engagement and HRIS tools, and you are excited to use AI to automate the mundane and elevate the human
