Role Overview
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close
- Conduct consultative sales calls and product demonstrations
- Understand client pain points and position solutions effectively
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms
- Close new business deals and meet or exceed revenue targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Collaborate with SDRs to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Provide accurate forecasting and weekly performance updates
- Ensure smooth handover to Customer Success or Account Management teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (closing role preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas
- Experience in SaaS, tech, digital services, or B2B solutions
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
- Experience selling to UK or US markets preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, remote environment
