We are looking for an experienced Solution Consultant to support our ERP implementation projects from a functional and process-oriented financial perspective.
You will act as the interface between accounting/business finance teams and the technical ERP teams.
The role also includes providing business-oriented financial advisory services.
You will play a key role in translating FI/CO requirements into ERP configurations.
Responsibilities include: leading the accounting workstreams in ERP implementation projects.
Analyzing and redesigning financial processes.
Supporting chart of accounts design and the migration of financial data.
Conducting workshops with clients' finance teams.

University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, German tax advisor/Steuerberater) is highly desirable.
Experience as a consultant for German and/or European companies.
Solid knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB/GoBD), IFRS and EU financial regulations.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and closing processes.
Practical experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
Experience in ERP implementation projects is a big plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Very good German language skills.
