Partnering on strategic deal reviews and approvals
Driving continuous process improvement through Revenue Operations projects
Partner with Sales on complex quotes, renewals, and upsell transactions, ensuring clean opportunity structure and quote accuracy in Salesforce
Lead pre-booking reviews and approval workflows, proactively identifying risk before deals reach Order Operations
Support the global RFP and Security Questionnaire program end-to-end, driving timely, high-quality responses
Maintain and improve response libraries, templates, and documentation to increase speed and consistency
Monitor dashboards and renewal reports to proactively correct data gaps, pricing discrepancies, and revenue risks
Support strategic deal reviews, governance, and pricing compliance in partnership with Sales Ops and Deal Desk
Contribute to global initiatives that improve deal hygiene, seller experiences, and deal velocity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
1-4 years proven experience in sales support, deal management, or related roles.
Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
