- Manage customer inquiries via email and chat, delivering personalised, solution-focused responses
- Provide clear skincare guidance and product recommendations based on customer concerns
- Gather feedback from customers and partners to help inform internal improvements
- Assist in maintaining high service standards across all touchpoints
- Support the sourcing and coordination of participants for consumer and clinical studies
- Assist with outreach to dermatologists and skincare professionals to explore potential collaboration opportunities
- Identify and engage creators for reviews, testimonials, and user-generated content
- Support community-building initiatives and relationship management
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Outreach
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Experience or customer-facing roles
- Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, or similar customer experience platforms
