About this role
Role Overview
You process incoming and outgoing payments and verify payment receipts and payment approvals
You perform application reviews (formal and substantive) and ensure that all documents are complete and plausible
You monitor deadlines and ensure proper documentation
You coordinate with internal departments and external contacts to resolve queries
You handle special cases, e.g., discrepancies, returned payments, or unusual contractual arrangements
You support the optimization of processes related to payments and reviews
You contribute to internal analyses and reporting
Requirements
Completed commercial/vocational training (e.g., in office administration, banking, insurance, or finance) – a university degree is not required
Initial professional experience in administrative processing, ideally in finance, fiduciary/trust, banking, or insurance
Meticulous and structured way of working
Strong numerical aptitude and a sense of responsibility
Team player with strong communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
