Collaborate in defining the roadmap for improvement and transformation projects, aligned with the strategic priorities of the Finance department and the company.
Facilitate and lead financial transformation projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), ensuring adherence to their principles and practices.
Act as a link between Finance, Technology and Product teams, fostering effective communication, alignment of expectations and cross-functional collaboration.
Analyze existing financial processes, identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions using data and analytical tools.
Lead the implementation of new financial tools, systems and processes, ensuring proper adoption and monitoring results.
Facilitate prioritization of the project and improvement backlog, plan and drive initiatives, remove impediments and ensure delivery flow.
Support the development of team members through knowledge sharing and coaching on agile methodologies and project management best practices, promoting a collaborative environment and continuous learning.
Ensure that new financial and accounting solutions and workflows are aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrate proactivity in identifying improvement opportunities and seeking effective solutions, whether through internal builds or by sourcing and evaluating partners and vendors that offer robust, innovative solutions.
Requirements
Senior experience in Project Management, leading complex projects end-to-end, preferably within finance or technology.
Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on experience facilitating ceremonies and applying their principles.
Strategic and systemic thinking, with the ability to understand the business holistically, identify interdependencies and prepare executive-level documentation.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities and the capacity to build effective relationships.
Analytical capability and problem-solving skills, with strong data analysis aptitude and the ability to propose effective solutions.
High initiative and ownership in identifying opportunities and driving solutions.
Cross-functional collaboration skills, able to share knowledge and promote collective growth.
Practical experience defining accounting-financial workflows, with understanding of financial and accounting processes.
Knowledge of the card payments value chain, including issuer and acquirer roles.
Knowledge of financial product flows related to credit operations.
Familiarity with project management tools and agile platforms (Jira, Trello, Monday, etc.).
Experience applying AI to process improvement.
Knowledge of tier-1 ERPs (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite).
