About this role
Role Overview
Execute and organize administrative and financial routines of the company.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including issuing invoices and billing slips.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare financial reports and support documentation for accounting.
Assist in managing relationships with suppliers and clients on financial and contractual matters.
Help organize files, contracts, and legal documents.
Support general office administration, including day-to-day team needs (purchasing supplies, managing equipment, etc.).
Support the organization of internal events, such as team meetings, celebrations, and company gatherings.
Collaborate in improving and streamlining administrative processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
Intermediate English proficiency
Previous experience in administrative and/or financial tasks
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Proficiency in Excel (intermediate or higher)
Familiarity with invoices and financial documentation
