The Private Service Development Manager will build and manage strong relationships with private and NHS GPs, psychiatrists, therapists, corporate partners, and international referrers.
The role focuses on driving growth in private services by promoting Priory’s full range of offerings, increasing awareness through targeted engagement activity and events, and delivering seamless referral experiences.
Acting as the key point of contact for referral partners, the Private Service Development Manager will collaborate closely with admissions, clinical, marketing, and operational teams to ensure exceptional service delivery, while using data, market insight, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, diversify referral routes, and support continued commercial growth.
Requirements
Graduate level or equivalent and a proven track record of account management or business development
Commercial acumen and ability to focus on the bottom line within all growth initiatives being developed.
Experience of working with a range of stakeholders, delivering both transactional and consultative sales in order to sell existing services, but also to have the initiative and confidence to explore and develop new opportunities
Current and full UK driving licence and covered for business use on your motor insurance
