Customer Advisor – Insurance Advisory

Role Overview

• Provide personalized advice to employees on financial wellbeing, insurance and retirement provision, with a focus on property/casualty insurance
• Support customers by phone, in writing and virtually
• Independently handle customer inquiries and service processes, from consultation through implementation
• Explain complex insurance and financial topics clearly and in a customer‑oriented manner
• Actively contribute to the development of services and processes in the areas of pensions, insurance and financial wellbeing

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in the insurance field, or banking training with relevant insurance experience
• Professional experience in customer or insurance advisory (B2C), preferably in property/casualty insurance
• Strong service and customer orientation and enthusiasm for advisory work
• Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools and digital applications
• Independent, structured and responsible working style
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
