About this role
Role Overview
Provide personalized advice to employees on financial wellbeing, insurance and retirement provision, with a focus on property/casualty insurance
Support customers by phone, in writing and virtually
Independently handle customer inquiries and service processes, from consultation through implementation
Explain complex insurance and financial topics clearly and in a customer‑oriented manner
Actively contribute to the development of services and processes in the areas of pensions, insurance and financial wellbeing
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree in the insurance field, or banking training with relevant insurance experience
Professional experience in customer or insurance advisory (B2C), preferably in property/casualty insurance
Strong service and customer orientation and enthusiasm for advisory work
Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools and digital applications
Independent, structured and responsible working style
Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
