Provide individual advice to our clients' employees on financial wellbeing, insurance, and retirement planning, with a particular focus on property and casualty (P&C) insurance
Support clients by phone, in writing, and virtually
Independently handle customer inquiries and service processes, from consultation through implementation
Explain complex insurance and financial topics in a clear, customer-oriented manner
Actively contribute to the development of services and processes in the areas of retirement provision, insurance, and financial wellbeing
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree in the insurance sector, or a banking qualification with relevant insurance experience
Professional experience in customer or insurance advisory (B2C), preferably in property and casualty insurance
Strong service and customer orientation and enthusiasm for advisory work
Confident handling of IT systems, CRM tools, and digital applications
Independent, structured, and responsible working style
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
