About this role

Monitor pickups and deliveries, ensuring deadlines are met and cargo traceability is maintained;
Support scheduling of shipments and route planning for deliveries;
Manage and verify transportation documents (CT-e, delivery receipts, etc.);
Assist in analyzing carrier performance (on-time delivery, damages, incidents);
Support freight audit and payment processes;
Record and address transportation incidents with carriers and relevant departments;
Maintain spreadsheets and logistics control systems, ensuring data accuracy;
Contribute to improvements in transportation operational processes and performance indicators (KPIs).

Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields;
Experience in logistics with a focus on transportation;
Basic knowledge of Excel and logistics management systems or ERPs (e.g., SAP);
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
