Role Overview
- Manages engineering applications
- Provides support and guidance to end users
- Creates and manages applications installations packages
- Installs and manages applications' licenses
- Provides support and guidance to the 3rd Party Service Providers in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities in the processes
- Supporting project planning, design delivery and implementation in your area of responsibility
Requirements
- Technical degree; B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Information Systems, Industrial Management, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field equal
- Strong IT background with 10+ years of work experience in IT support, project
- or service management
- Extensive knowledge of operating systems i.e. Windows and related technologies.
- Experience with large company IT infrastructure
- Genuine interest in following engineering industry trends and related IT Technologies
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and deliver results
- Fluent written and spoken English is a must in Valmet international working environment.
