About this role
Role Overview
Own and coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration across multiple live roles
Support hiring managers with role briefs, interview scheduling, feedback collation and offer documentation
Manage and optimise our ATS, ensuring accurate data, structured workflows and timely candidate communications
Proactively source candidates for priority roles using LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
Ensure a consistent, inclusive and values-led candidate experience across all stages
Monitor recruitment timelines and flag risks or delays to the People Team
Support with interview pack preparation, scorecards and structured evaluation processes
Maintain recruitment reporting and metrics for SLT and team leads
Contribute to continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, toolkits and documentation
Requirements
Previous Recruitment & Selection experience within a fast-growth scale-up
Experience supporting multiple concurrent hires across different functions
Strong understanding of structured interviewing and fair, consistent selection processes
Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with senior leaders
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working at pace and adapting to shifting priorities
Strong written communication skills and ability to represent Vestd professionally
Data-driven mindset with confidence pulling and interpreting recruitment metrics
Able to start immediately or within a short notice period
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You must be comfortable with working in a fully remote environment
